Rogier van der weyden
Rogier Van Der Weyden was an Early Netherlandish painting who was born in 1399. His surviving works consist mainly of religious triptychs, altarpieces and commissioned portraits. He was successful during his lifetime and internationally famous exporting pieces to Italy and Spain as well as receiving commissions from Phillip the Good as well as Netherlandish Nobility and Foreign Princes.
