Shipping & return policy
When you place your order, your masterpiece will take approximately 2-3 weeks to paint depending on the size and detail required. At Nobilified we strive to simplify our system and therefore offer a flat rate for all of our customers. Our $25 flat rateis per order and not per painting. Shipping is performed by UPS, FEDEX or PUROLATOR. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. Please note that for international customers, customs charges and import/excise taxes are not refundable. We do not currently ship framed paintings.
Once your order has been completed, a photo of your painting will be sent to you in addition to a tracking number for which will allow you to monitor the shipping progress of your order.
You may return damaged items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received the wrong painting). You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. Unfortunately since we offer custom ordered paintings, we are unable to offer returns unless the painting has been damaged during the shipping process. If your package is damaged upon delivery, we will need you to inform the courier at your end, so that they can process the complaint. As far as the painting is concerned, it is damaged beyond repair or lost in transit, we will immediately begin painting a new one for you.
