When you place your order, your masterpiece will take approximately 2-3 weeks to paint depending on the size and detail required. At Nobilified we strive to simplify our system and therefore have decided to offer free shipping* to all customers regardless of where you are in the world (*rolled paintings. Stretched and framed paintings are only available to USA customers for the time being).

Shipping is couriered by FEDEX, TNT, DHL or PUROLATOR depending on your location. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

Please note that for international customers, customs charges and import/excise taxes are not refundable. Customers in the EU may be charged import duties. These vary according to country. Please be aware of this.  We do not currently ship framed paintings outside of the USA.

Once your order has been completed, a photo of your painting will be sent to you in addition to a tracking number which will allow you to monitor the shipping progress of your order.

RETURNS

Once your painting is complete, we will send you a photo of the piece to look at. If you would like to make any changes, please let us know and our artists will touch up the parts of your choice. We repeat this process until you are happy with the painting.  Once confirmed, we will ship your painting to its final destination. Once the painting has been shipped, it is too late to have any changes made. 

If your package is damaged upon delivery, we will need you to inform the courier at your end, so that they can process the complaint. As far as the painting is concerned, if it is damaged beyond repair or lost in transit, we will immediately begin painting a new one for you.

You may return damaged items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received the wrong painting).
